I'm Mrs. Dungan and this is my 10th year of teaching and my 5th year at Lincoln Middle High School. I received my teaching license through Indiana Wesleyan University. Before entering the education field I received a degree in Natural Resources and Environmental Management from Ball State University and worked as a watershed coordinator for Wayne County Soil and Water. I returned to Ball State and received my Master's in Educational Administration in 2012.
My husband Steven is also an educator. Four years ago he moved out of the classroom and into an administrative position at the Whitewater Career Center (WCC) located in Fayette County. He's beginning his third year as the director of the vocational school. WTCC offers numerous exciting career-readiness programs for high school students here at Lincoln High School.
Four years ago I began coaching the archery team along with Mr. Kelsey. Two years I took over as the head coach. Our team competed against many other schools, attended many invitationals. We've had 4 female archers qualify for the Indiana state meet. I look forward to another exciting year of competitions! Steven and I have been married 15 years. We have two daughters, Sydney (13) and Avery (10). Rounding out our family we also have many pets including: our two dogs (Jovie and Pearl), a cat (Maggie), Netherland Dwarf and Holland Lop rabbits, and laying hens.
